Every origin partner submits farm-level documentation and certification status before any coffee is contracted.
Green coffee lots are sampled for moisture, density, mycotoxins, and pesticide residues before entering our roasting facility.
Finished product from every batch is sent to an ISO 17025-accredited lab for full contaminant panel testing.
No batch ships until the certificate of analysis passes all specification limits. Failed lots are quarantined.
